Training

Contact With Children and Residence in Domestic Abuse Situations

This 1.5 hour training session will introduce participants to the rights and responsibilities parents in Scotland have when facilitating contact between children and parents in a domestic abuse situation.

This training is designed for organisations and agencies who would like to learn more about the law around contact between children and parents in domestic abuse situations. An understanding of gender-based violence is helpful but not necessary, and you do not need to be working directly with survivors to attend.
