Scottish Women’s Rights Centre provides free, specialist legal advice, representation, and advocacy to promote access to justice for women aged 16+ who are survivors of gender based violence including domestic abuse, honour-based abuse, rape and sexual violence.

We aim to use our experience of supporting women survivors of gender based violence in the justice system to inform the development of policy, practice and the law in Scotland.

Scottish Women’s Rights Centre is a collaboration between Just Right Scotland, Rape Crisis Scotland and the University of Strathclyde’s Law Clinic, established in 2015. More about who we are
