We are recruiting for a Justice Training Worker, who will do joint work for the Scottish Women’s Rights Centre (SWRC) and Rape Crisis Scotland.

The Justice Training Worker will contribute to the co-ordination, development and delivery of training in relation to survivors’ experiences of the civil and criminal justice processes. The overarching aim for the post is to share expertise on gender based violence (GBV) and the law and to support the development of trauma informed practice.
Lived experience expertise from survivors of GBV and specialist services will inform the development of training materials, case studies and training programmes.
Funded by the Legal Education Foundation, the post will work in tandem with the Justice Policy Worker to increase expertise and improve legal outcomes for survivors of GBV across Scotland.
Contract 35 hours per week
Benefits 8% employers pension contribution, 30 days annual leave and 12 days public holidays
