If you have been affected by violence and abuse in Scotland, we can offer you free and confidential legal advice and advocacy support.
Scottish Women’s Rights Centre provides free, specialist legal advice, representation, and advocacy to promote access to justice for women aged 16+ who are survivors of gender based violence including domestic abuse, honour-based abuse, rape and sexual violence.
We aim to use our experience of supporting women survivors of gender based violence in the justice system to inform the development of policy, practice and the law in Scotland.
