Festive Closures
The Contact Form will close at 9am on Thursday 18th December and will reopen at 10am on Monday 5th January.
Please note that our contact form and social media pages cannot be used to answer legal queries. Please see a list of our available legal services and Helpline opening times in the first instance.
Our contact form is used by our advocacy team to triage (assess) you to the best route of support in SWRC.
More information on the requirements for legal surgery appointments, can be found on our Legal Advice Surgeries page.
Our accessibility page lets you know what SWRC can put in place if you have any extra support needs to access our services.
Both our Legal and Advocacy Take On processes are currently closed for casework due to capacity.
For December 2025, our contact form will be closed from Thursday evenings until Monday mornings at 09:00 am due to staff capacity.
Please note that we will aim to respond to any enquiries within seven working days.
