If you are supporting a survivor with European citizenship or a survivor whose partner has European citizenship, it’s essential that you check whether they applied to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS).
You might be working with survivors in a variety of situations and this may affect their immigration rights and options. The organisations below can advise you and the survivor regarding late applications and what their rights after the deadline.
Citizens Advice Scotland
CAS has lots of advice and information about the EU Settlement Scheme. They also have specific EU Settlement Scheme Advisors who are available to support vulnerable clients. You will need to make a referral by emailing the workers below directly:
